Update : it works on a laptop but not on my iPad.

Hello, I am new to eBay. Unfortunately my sale was cancelled by the buyer. I want to offer the item to the next highest bidder but it doesn’t come up as an option on my drop down box. 

Should I just re-list, or am I doing something wrong? This is only my third sale. 😢

Buyer cannot canel and you have been charged a Selling Fee. You have to do an Unpaid Case and close after 4 days. Only then is it sensible to relist or makev a SCO.
