So I took advantage of the eBay £3 final value fee offer.
I listed a Samsung S6 which sold.
I check my account to see that eBay now want to charge me a £14.94 final value fee.
I look in my account and messages for the offer and I can no find it anywhere.
It seems to have "disappeared"
Whats going on eBay??!!
If you wish to check the details of that £3 promo then on your Promotional Offer section on your homepage, go top left, and click on History.
On the newer Seller Hub page, under Promo section there is a link 'View Expired Offers' Check your item definitely qualified under the T & C's. Did you list it under a 5 day duration? Those are usually always excluded from promos.
If you do find an error in the billing, call eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above and explain your findings.
I have been on the phone to eBay and they claim they never even made me the offer!
The woman on the other end of the phone implied I was lying
They most certainly did make me the offer and I most certainly accepted the offer.
They now say they will get there technical team to "investigate" and unless they come up with something the fee's will stay.
I have had enough of eBay and all it's shyster tactics and bullsh!t - They will not be getting any fee's from me!
