Open a case for item not as described.

eBay's 30 day MBG written on every listing.

Contact eBay as you may well not be  able to post a battery,  especially if it is faulty (leaking?)  back to the seller.

You may need to act quickly. You say in your feedback that the battery failed after three weeks. To use eBay's money back guarantee you must open a case thrpugh the resolution centre within 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date.

By the way, PLEASE remember that feedback isn't just for complaints. You're fully entitled to leave negative and neutral feedback, but do think to support and thank good sellers by leaving them positive feedback when deserved.

It did that in three weeks they sent another ,that lasted a week they’ve many negative all with same complaints
Problem is the other 3 batteries lasted 2 months and have all failed to charge very crafty as it’s gone past the 30days then
Bye the way I’ve had many other bad complaints from items hence why I never bother with postive feed back that’s up to me

People who only leave negative feedback may find sellers refusing to deal with them. It looks bad and unbalanced, on your profile.

Not really as I very rarely leave a negative feed only when I’ve had bad items from the odd seller !!
