Scam tracking ace?

I have contacted buyer on eBay that has told me my order was dispatched and delivered they provided me with a tracking number that says delivered but I have not received my order ... it has recently been brought to my attention that they used a courier called tracking ace that I have never heard of so I typed in on google to see the reviews.. I have screenshots of what is on trust a pilot website for you to see that I am in the same boat as others and that other customers have not received there orders either and that this company is a scam .. so I would like a refund as I have also emailed the courier myself and had no response, and to make the best of it my order was for baby bottles I'm absolutely disgusted that someone had took my money for baby bottles and knew they wernt going to post them !
