I sold something before Xmas it was brand new and now she is claiming it is damaged but she won't send it back and have a refund because she has shipped it abroad herself so she is demanding a a partcial refund and keeps the bag she is also hinting at doing me a bad review. She has already started and had to close a case against me when I proved it had been delivered and signed for and now this. The messages are getting unpleasent suggesting I should be ashamed of myself and i should not have a 100%feedback etc. I have said return it I will refund as long as it is in the perfect condition as shown in the photos I had but she says shes sick of me and wont pay for it to be shipped back to this country to be returned when I only posted to an address in this country Help
