Sale of Vape Harware

Rumours are coming at me thick and fast.  Most of us know what Paypal have done.  Does anyone know if the sale of vaping hardware will be blocked by eBay and not be part of the Managed Payments scheme?

Well managed payments were due to be applied to my account from mid january.  At the time of writing nothing has been heard.  The rumour mill suggests that maybe its still being looked into
