Hi all .I've purchased a pair of doc martains boots on the 12/4/21. These cost £69.plus postage of £5.50.ive now have a problem with the soles coming away from the leather upper , seller dosent accept returns ! But these are only just over 3months old and were new in a box with tags ! Question is am I covered by EBAY money back guarantee? Or is  the seller obliged to except returns of faulty goods with a full refund including postage ? Thanks you

You had 30 days on ebay so out of time there.

You have 180 days if you paid by paypal but that is for items that are not as described when they arrive but it costs nothing to try

Try signing up to paypal returns first

Failing that if the seller is a business in the UK then try Citizens advice as you may have rights under UK law.
