Scroll down to the very bottom and there is a link for eBay to call you.

Be aware though that it might not work because eBay are short staffed due to Covid-19.

Best time to try is early morning as then you are most likely to be put through to Dublin rather than the Philippines.

At weekends lines open at 9 a.m. Weekdays at 8 a.m.

Alternatively if you put your issue here someone will help you if they can.

You are being charged every time you list for a listing fee and a fee for the reserve. This applies even if it does not sell. 

You would do better to start [without reserve] at the price you want.  It would be useful to tell potential purchasers about the car in your own words too.

The car will not be shown as sold until there is a bid in excess of what you have put as a reserve.

Buyer wishes to purchase which I have had relisted but the original is still showing

I have no idea what you mean by that,

you have a car listed that hasn't reached the reserve,

the person who wants to buy it needs to use the buy it now or place a bid that reaches the reserve
