SOLD ITEMS IN SELLER HUB NOT VISIBLE

When viewing My Seller Hub (Oh wasn't the old Classic View much simpler to use) I can see items I have for Sale and items Unsold BUT the section for SOLD items is blank except for a message stating EBAYUK SIGNIN REFUSED TO CONNECT.   I have contacted eBay and alas the person to whom I spoke did not have a clue and said he would get someone to look into it and get back to me.  He also said this was an ongoing problem and that lots of sellers were having the same experience.   I find this hard to believe as I am sure eBay technicians would have had the problem sorted quickly.  Of course no one has got back.   So if I don't know what I have sold I cannot send invoices to buyers so am basically Up the Creek without a Paddle regarding getting paid.  Has anyone else got this problem?

You make it sound as though the Classic site was perfect when it was far from that!

Are you looking at ORDERS on the top line or Sold Items in the selling section? Never had a problem with either of these.

Ebay send invoices, you only need to send if you need Combined Invoices.

Dear John, Very many thanks for your reply. At 81 years of age one is of the old adage of If it Works Don't change it and I must admit that for me personally the old Classic system worked perfectly. Similarly I have gone into Saved Sellers which was a simple tabular list of Saved Sellers but has now been altered with the Saved Sellers now spread around over the page. OK I do realise that one can find them but was much easier in the previous method. I was using the Seller Hub to look for SOLD items; I did not realise the same information could be found in ORDERS at the top of the page; this will suffice for my needs. Having been an eBay member since February 1999 this is the first time I have written to a forum site. I have very occasionally glanced at them but they appeared to be full of people who, to me, were of a somewhat weird disposition with nothing constructive to say. However, I read one today regarding the eBay Managed Payments system and to be honest it did make horrific reading with sellers waiting for payments to reach their bank, their bank accounts being hacked etc and sellers leaving eBay in droves, which is a pity because it is an excellent selling platform but it appears that Greed has overtaken Profit. Alas, after 21 years of loyal selling, and buying, 100% feedback and causing no problems it would appear that I am to be removed from eBay on 1 July as I do not wish to accept being transferred to Managed Payments as I much prefer the simple and easy Paypal system. So much for loyalty. But I expect that eBay needs to accrue money as the British Government is soon to introduce a tax on profits of major tech companies. I know Google, Amazon, Facebook have been mentioned so I assume eBay is also in the mix. Sorry for this lengthy diatribe but have now got it off my chest. Best Regards, David Hammocks
