I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD EITH E BAY FOR 33 MIUNITES AND STILL AWAITING FOR THEM TO SORT OUT PAYPAL AND ME GETTING MY MONEY BACK.
THE BAG I BOUGHT WAS VERY VERY POR QUAILIOYT, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEN INFORMED E BAY.
THE SELLER THEN GOT IN CONATCT WITH ME AND ASKED ME TO WITHDRAW MY COMPLAINT AND THEY WOULD SORT SOMETING OUT AND COMPENASATE.
THEY TRICKED ME INTO CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND ASLO INTIMIDATED ME INTO WITH DRAWING MY COMPLAINT.
I THINK THIS IS DISGUSTING AND QUITE UNEXPECTED BY A SELLER BUT NEVER THE LESS ITS WAS A VERY HORRIABLE EXPERINCE.
E BAY HAS NOT HELP IN THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN SITTING HER FOR A LONG TIME TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE THIS MATTER UP AS URGENT AS THEY HAVE BUYERS THREATING CUSTOMERS WITH THE BULLYING TACTICS. AND I AM STILL WAITING IT E BAY HAS TO MUCH COMPLAINTS THEN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH E BAY.
STILL WAITING AND ITS BEEN 45 MIUITES ON THE PHONE I WILL HAVE TO HANG UP. IS THIS WHAT E BAY WANTS, FOR US TO GIVE UP AND GO AWAY.
NOT HAPPY.
There is no point it phoning ebay even if they answered
You closed the dispute so there is nothing you can do there
You can only open one dispute and once closed you can not open another one
Open a not as described dispute in paypal and escalate it within 20 days
You will have to return the item at your own expense
Ebays dispute proccess is automated and you have to follow the rules
Please dont write your posts in capitals
It is regarded as shouting and very hard to read
