I BOUGHT A MOBILE PHONE FROM A UK SELLER. ON RECEIVING THE PHONE IT WAS FAULTY. THEY WANTED ME TO GET IT REPAIRED MYSELF BUT I INSISTED ON A REFUND AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR ANOTHER AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE MONEY AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVED THE PHONE. THE NEW PHONE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND THE FAULTY ONE WAS SENT BACK ON 30/01/2016. THEY ASKED FOR A TRACKING NO. WHICH I SENT THEM (AF383461522GB). THE RETURN ADDRESS WHICH THEY GAVE ME WAS 4PXFULFILLMENT(UK LTD, Attn: RMA160119-2836-901265, UNIT 5 TRIDENT WAY, SOUTHALL, MIDDLESEX, UB2 5LF, United Kingdom.) I HAVE ALSO BEEN TRACKING THE PARCEL ON THE POST OFFICE WEBSITE. ON 01/02/16 IT STATES IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, ON 02/02/16 IT STATES IT IS ON DELIVERY. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE 01/02/16. IT IS NOW 11/02/16 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THE SECOND PHONE IS NOW FAULTY BUT AS THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES I AM UNABLE TO SEND IT BACK, ALSO ON CHECKING THE ADDRESS ON THE POST OFFICE WEBSITE I HAVE FOUND THAT THE ADDRESS THEY HAVE GIVEN IS COMPLETELY WRONG. I TYPED IN THE POSTCODE AND IT GAVE ME THE ADDRESSES AND NONE OF THEM WERE SIMILAR TO THE ONE GIVEN. THE NEAREST SIMILAR ADDRESS WAS : 4 Px Fulfillment (UK) Ltd, 7 Trident Way, Southall UB2 5LF. I HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS RECENTLY TO CONTACT THEM, HOWEVER THEY DO NOT REPLY. ALSO, I HAVE THE ISSUE OF RETURNING THE 2ND PHONE WHICH IS ALSO FAULTY THROUGH AGAIN NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I AM BEGINNING TO WONDER IF THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND HOW I AM TO RECOVER THE MONEY FOR THE PHONES AS I HAVE BEEN SENT 2 FAULTY ONES. PLEASE COULD YOU SUGGEST HOW WE MOVE FORWARD FROM HERE.
