Russian perfume bidder with Zero feedback

Can anyone advise me please? I've listed some perfume for sale and have a bid from a Russia. The bidder has zero feedback and I didn't list it for outside UK anyway. When I tried to cancel the bid I get a message saying Invalid User ID so I can't cancel it. I don't feel happy about this and feel it might be a scam. Any advice?. The auction ends in two days. Help!

Try from here:

and block them from bidding again:

And use this link to put a general block on buyers in locations you don't post to:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Make selection then tick "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom and then submit.

Thanks, but I've already tried to cancel the bid. It won't work. I get a message from eBay saying the bidders I'D is not valid and it won't cancel.

Blocking them from bidding again may be sufficient but you can contact ebay and see what they say about why you can't cancel. Live chat is at the very bottom of this:

This is weird. Again I get invalid user ID when I tried to block them. I'd better contact eBay. Real nuisance, but thanks for your help.
