If by "seller agreed a price" you mean you "made an offer which the seller accepted " that is not the total price but excludes postage.
What do you mean by "cancelled the sale"? Buyers can't cancel purchases. You have to ask the seller to send you a cancelled request.
Why did the selelr want to increase the postage? Sellers can't normally do so, unless the price quoted is for UK delivery and the buyer is in another country. Is this one of the endless quarrels over deliveries to areas like the Scottish highlands, where couriers may surcharge to deliver?
