Rude seller

Hi I’ve recently placed a bid on an item and it has now ended, I have politely asked the seller if she could cancel as I’ve already purchased the same thing, and the seller was rude about it saying “that it’s not my problem, if you don’t pay I’ll report you” I’ve even apologised to the seller and just think no one should ever be treated the way I was.

look at it from their point of view,

 

you've ruined their sale, and cost them fees, why should they agree to cancel?

 

they have every right to complete a non payment case against you to get their fees refunded,
