Did you use Ebays Money back guarantee and open cases for not as described or not received ?

I know its frustrating having to open a case but Ebay give buyers the tool to deal with problems like this.   Unless its a collection item and you paid cash

If on your not received case the seller ran you out of time to make a claim through Ebay......you have 180 days to open a case through Paypal.   The only way a seller can win a not received case is to add a tracking number proving delivery.

Can you give us a clue as to how you are being "ripped off" so maybe we can offer some constructive advice or sympathise?
