I seller has sold me a necklace that's not real silver. How do I report them, either to trading standards of to eBay, or both, and ensure that they get a negative review? I can't find the option to review the item. Thanks.
You have only30 daystoopen a formal 'Item not as described' eBay case from delivery date which a Seller cannot ignore ... after 3 complete days,escalatethe case to eBay and follow the return instructions carefully to completion for a refund in full ... 'to and fro' messages/emails will not do it ! >
