Ripped off by eBay and seller

How do I go about getting money back for something I've not received when the courier for the seller is lying and saying it was delivered to me when it wasn't and ive escalated a complaint and they have sided with the seller I'm now £22 out of pocket

EBay has to support the Seller when they can prove Delivery by Tracked Postage. No one would Sell on here if they didn't.
