If you get an offer to win a reward, don't bother with it. If you win a prize, you should be re-directed to a claim site but after 30 minutes (when I got bored) it I was still waiting for the new site to load. That's too long even for my old PC so I guess they don't want to give out any prizes.

It would be a scam anyway. Nothing to do with Ebay, they just want your card or bank details so they can help themselves to your money.
You need to install an AD. BLOCKER (look on Google) to block this sort of Ad.
