Hi I returned an item for a refund on 15/07 with a tracking number but there's no communication from the seller. I can't get in touch with ebay just an automated assistant which is useless. Does anyone have a phone number or an email address?
Did you actually open a case with the resolution centre - link below?
If so did the seller send you a label to return.
Please remember that private sellers can refuse "returns" but not "not as described".
If you did aall that then there should now be the option on the case to escalate. If so then do so.
If - however - you are trying some do-it-yourself method of just sending it back it will be between you and the seller I'm afraid
