I have just had a return request with ebay holding funds back in paypal for an item sold on 17th January
I have a 14 day return policy - how can ebay allow a return request after all this time - its Scalextric car and anything could have happened in 6 weeks. Of I decline the request will this go against me for my seller perfomance does anyone know please?
