Hi Can you help..
I am returning an item as agreed by the seller, however, I cannot find the sold listing anywhere to activate the delivery of the return. Is there a separate area for returns.
It isn't listed on my bought items, it's almost like the item has disappeared.
Your help is appreciated

if you have opened a case go to the Resolution Centre the listing will show there
