Hi Can you help..

 

I am returning an item as agreed by the seller, however, I cannot find the sold listing anywhere to activate the delivery of the return. Is there a separate area for returns. 

 

It isn't listed on my bought items, it's almost like the item has disappeared.

Use  a laptop / PC then go top left on your Purchase History page and click on Not Hidden,  your item should appear then.  To the right you will see ' Return this item'

 

If this is for an item not as described,  that is,  it is  faulty in some way,  then you need to open a case fior item not as described in the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages.  You will find your item there,  and the case then will enforce the seller to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

 

For a straight return , for item does not fit / change of mind ,  you pay for that postage,  make sure it is tracked.
