Hi
Can anyone help please.
I purchased a label printer at the beginning of October and just before Xmas it broke down. I contacted the seller and he said to return it at my expense and he would send out a new one. I did this and he confirmed receipt. However, I did not have the original box as I had thrown it out and now he is saying that he is retracting his offer to refund me as the manufacturers won't take it back without the original box!!! He is also saying that if I want the faulty printer returned to me that I have to pay the postage.
Fuming here.........
Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive and not a warranty
Any warranty is between you and the seller
If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help
If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do
