EBay staff a f#×÷king useless , stupid keyboard idiots backed by phone staff who just repeat and repeat and nothing else, at one time sellers with a lot of neg feedback got warned etc not now has long has they are making money for ebay they can do what they want, 12 years I've been a member as soon has my money is returned they can shove their dodgy sellers up their arses and I won't get wound up by a once brilliant company to a non caring load of **bleep**e company,  Customer care they would not know it if it kicked them in their DICKHEADS.

These days, dodgy sellers get account defects and it doesn't take many to get them closed down.

The problem is that when I buyer is annoyed they just leave Neg feedback but don't follow the rules that cause the Sellers defects, like opening a case but they're allowing sellers to rip them off.

If Buyers allow themselves to be ripped off, why should ebay care especially if they've got their fees.
