I have been sent a product that is different from the image shown. The seller has agreed to a return but does not want to pay return postage . EBay keep stating that the seller must pay - automated message! What do I do. Return postage is going to cost £13

Open a Not as Described dispute in the Resolution Centre

If your seller wants the item back he will have to send you a prepaid tracked label and you will return it for a full refund.

He will have the option of refunding without return but it has to be done through a dispute.

If the seller hasn't sent a label by day 4 of the dispute being open, escalate to ebay.
