Returns to Teco outlet - Tesco own drivers i.e no tracking

Hi all,

 

I have to return a TV (DOA) to user tesco outlet.

 

Usually, the seller would provide a label so that i could take the pre-paid parcel to a post office / collect+ store.  However, tesco_outlet want to send their own driver around to me to collect the broken TV and will not send me a label.  There is no option within the case to print a label, the instrcutions on the case simply state the next step is "The seller will send you a label" but they wont send me it.

 

 

The issue I have with this is that the ebay case requests that I add tracking info of the returns parcel.  If tesco pick the item up, I wont get the reference i require and the case will expire.

 

Please help someone - the case is due to expire soon and its a hell of a lot of money to pay for a broken tv
