All returns and refunds on eBay are made through the resolution centre. The buyer can open a return request or a money back guarantee case, according to the reason. If it's a change of mind return, the buyer pays for the postage. If it's a money back guarantee claim, the seller must send them a prepaid return label. In either case, tracking proof of delivery will be required for the refund.
