Hi im dealing with a very orquid seller that didnt bothered to contact me in regards to not sending my purchase because they've not had the time.ive had to chase her up and im getting very impatient with her i asked for a refund its been over 2weeks waiting for delivery and now she's dragging refunding me now.. its as if she's enjoying it my question is can or should i report her behaviour she's being very slack on the hole situation and im getting bored with it and just want to move it on.
