Returns label does not appear in the message but a returns tracking number does. Scammed I think.

Hi thsi realy smaks of a scam, Ok ebaying for over 10 years and thought I had seen it all. I was sent the wrong Item, put in a reurns request. I recice a message that the returns label is ready to print. Click onto it a see ap page showing a Hermes tracking number athat the return is underway. I have not sent it as I have no label or any address.  So I am told that iwill be refunded wehn it is delivierd, off course this is never going to happen as the seller has set the whole thing up on purpose. Does any one know how to brake the loop, Ebay do not answer phones and the utomated robot is a long way off from A.I. Any help apreciated.

Your post sounds like normal procedure to me. The tracking number is entered into the case details upon printing the label, it is auto filled in by ebay. 

Your seller is not trying to scam you, he is following procedure as he has sent you a label, all you have to do is take it to your drop off point where they should provide you with a receipt. 

If you don't get your refund 48 hours from delivery back to your seller, escalate your case.

Thank for your reply and I see the logic, however on opening the page in Ebay there is no label to print. So I can't send it on. I have retuned things in the past without a problem and printed many labels. Just cant get past this one.
