Returns for Items

Hello, I advertised a pair of Worcestershire Plates recently.  They were advertised as a pair for sale, but I listed that 2 were for sale so when the first one was sold - the other one ran until sold as the advertisement stated.  The first one sold but  now the customer is requesting a full refund saying that a pair of was advertised at £250.00 for both in buy now box not for each even though the advertisement stated 2 of a pair of for sale.  How do I stand as the seller please?

Sorry but your buyer is right.

You say a pair of plates are on offer and show two plates in your pictures.  Pictures form part of the description.

Your listing states 2 available but i would see that as TWO pairs of plates are available.

With hindsite you should have listed each plate separately.

Ask your buyer to open a not as described case if they no long want the one plate.  You must offer to refund upon return of the plate to you and send your buyer a pre paid tracked return label.
