Returns due to not as described

If i bid on a bundle of clothes that i am believing to be the correct size and win, then once ive received the items they are all two sizes too big, i open a return case for items not as described for a full refund plus postage to send them back. After doing this i only get a refund for the original amount i paid, am i entitled to try and get back the extra postage it will cost to send the items back to the seller?  If so, how do i go about doing this now that the e-cheque they sent me has cleared and the case is now closed?!

Whilst the case was still open due to the e-cheque 'clearing' there was a button which was for asking ebay to step in, pressed it and there were several options including one which said 'i didnt receive the return postage' so filled in the details box, clicked enter to submit, but all i got was a page that said i wasn't able to perform this action at this time!!! Now the case has closed as i say and now no button to ask ebay to step in!

Searched ebay high and low and cant find ANYTHING out, so here i am....Please help, im confused! Smiley Sad
