Returns but no Paypal

Hi,

I need to return an item and the only option is paying the return label with Paypal.

One problem, I don't have a Paypal account. I've added my CC details but i'm still only offered paypal to pay for postage.  Is there another way?

If you're buying the postage yourself you can just take the parcel to the post office and buy it there in the usual way.   If you have any problems adding the tracking number to the return you'll need to contact ebay and ask them to do it for you.   For that you can use live chat at the bottom of this:

I contacted the seller and they gave me their address and contact details.

My only worry was the tracking not being authorised by ebay.

You should keep it on ebay by opening a return. Link is on right of item on your Purchase History page.

I did that but it won't let me go any further with the return payment process.

So I'm stuck at pay with Paypal or nothing else. 

I'll ask a family member to pay for it with their Paypal account 😕
