I purchased a dress 4/7/21 and when receieved noted three marks that were not in the descripion. Contacted seller for a refund even though they did not accept refunds but as not mentioned in listing the seller should have honoured return.
The seller did not contact me only closed the return.
What can I do? Ebay mentions money back guarrentee but not how to use it. I have sent the seller two emails with photos since and have had no reply.
