Returning items back to china.

Hi all,

Im trying to return some clothing items back to china. Ive gone through ebay and the seller has agreed to pay postage through there own TNT account.

I have phoned TNT and they say the account is all ok but now they are asking for 6 copies of a commercial invoice which i cannot provide. Ive asked the seller to send me this but obviously they cant attach pdf file or exel so thy want to email it to me which i cannot do as ebay wont let me give my email.

This seems a lot of work just to send items back.

Am i missing something here ? am i going the wrong way about this ?

Thanks in advance,

Justin.

What you are missing, is that when you want to return items overseas you are responsible for the return postage yourself.  The seller may fob you off that they will pay for it, but they won't. Especially the chinese.  They know full well that the cost of returning an item is often prohibitive, which is how they get away with selling inferior rubbish. They are now giving you the runaround till you run out of time to open a case.
