I bought a diamond ring from a seller in Israel. Within days a diamond dropped out. I returned the ring via Royal Mail internation tracked and signed for. Royal mail have advised that the item has been lost due to it being refused as a prohibited item. Shouldn't this be the responsibility of the seller as I now have no ring and no refund?
