I am based in the UK and bought an item from Taiwan. The product was delivered OK, but it was not as described.
So I requested a return which the seller agreed to.
This is where my problems start.
1. Am I liable for the return shipping costs ? - shipping from the UK to Taiwan will be more than the product is worth.
2. The return label provided by the seller is in Chinese - I have no idea what is says and therefore cannot tell the courier where it is actually going.
3. Faced with the problem above I got the label translated. The destination is an address in Shanghai. Interesting as the seller's address was Taipei, Taiwan.
So, even if I were liable for the shipping costs, should I send it to an unknown address.
Thanks HV24
