Returning an item

I have received a faulty item. I am happy to return, but the shipping cost is more expensive than what's on the advert. What should I do?

If the seller is in the UK then it is the seller who pays!  You open a Return Case using Reason "Item does not match description/picture and print out a retiurn label. The Seller is charged for the label when it is scanned at he Post Office.

If seller is outside the UK the I am afraid that return tracked postage is something you should consider before buying.
