I purchased a mobile phone case but it did not fit my phone even though it said it was for a Samsung Galaxy J3 - cut outs were in wrong place and size.
Emailed supplier next day Weds 15th but no reply. Started a return and posted today (24th) but when doing next step saying I had posted ebay asking for a tracking no. but it just went as a 75p 2nd class as small. Now cannot complete Return as do not have tracking no. and supplier not answering email.
How can I get my money back?
Why didn't you read ebays money back guarantee ? The rules are clear, that returned items need to be sent by a tracked method. If the item was misdescribed the seller could have been made to pay for the return postage.
If the seller says they have not received the item they will not be made to refund.
