Can anyone help, bought a defective item, then returned to seller via special delivery, ebay said I would be refunded when the parcel was delivered, record show parcel delivered back to seller and still no refund, seller says he has parcel but can't refund me because the case isn't closed, but I don't want to close case as it looks like I have been refunded when I clearly haven't, any contact numbers to resolve item would be great
You dont close a case.
The seller should refund within 2 days of receiving the item and if they do not refund you you go back to the case and escalate to ebay.
Is the tracking on the item in the dispute? as it needs to be so ebay can see it was Delivered to the seller
It should give you the option to escalate. I have not received my refund.
Make sure that you do not close the case.
Once closed you can not open another one
