Returned item to seller returned to me as sellers address unknown

I cannot find an answer to this anywhere on Ebay.  Does someone have contact details that by pass the lists of queries?

What does the tracking say?. If it says Delivered or Attempted delivery as ebay will accept either in a dispute

If you have the tracking on a dispute then you escalate it when ebay allow and you should win any dispute.

To Whom it May Concern
Thank you for your reply, however my problem does not fit with your templates.
1) I Received my Refund prior to returning the item
2) I posted the item with the official label at a Post Office
3) Today the package was returned by Royal Mail annotated "addressee unknown"
4) I now have the original purchase AND the refund.
Please advise.

We are members like yourself. If you were refunded that is the end of it. You did not have to send the item back. If it has been returned to you then you dont have to do anything. Just hang onto it for a little while see what happens. I doubt any one will come back to you. If they did and you wanted to return it then you ask them for a pre paid label
