Returned item left at post office

I have returned an item which was faulty using eBay returns label, the seller has been out on the two times the postman tried to deliver the parcel is now sat at their nearest post office awaiting collection, I have sent the seller photos of the tracked parcel info , but they have not got back to me, how long am I supposed to wait till I can get a refund? It states on the returns request within 6 days of the parcel being delivered but can't deliver if they are not home and won't go to post office to collect it, it was sent on the 16th June it's now 6th July 

can anyone help?

Go to the resolution centre & escalate the case....if it was an eBay label you should not need to send pics of receipts to anyone

Usually with eBay labels you are refunded the second the first delivery is attempted

If you cannot escalate then PHONE customer services & explain
