Returned an item for a refund seller not responding any more it's now 4 months any idea's please

You are far too late to do anything on ebay now

You have 30 days to open a dispute so out of time

If you paid by paypal the open the dispute there and put the tracking of the return onto the dispute

Escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days 

No tracking no refund
