Hi, I've returned an item as agreed with the seller for a refund, but I've used my own postal service, and there's no option to upload my tracking number, I accidentally printed of the the eBay postal label so now its going off that tracking number and not my one, the seller is already being difficult and don't think they will give me a refund, I have the tracking number and receipt, what should I do

You will have to contact ebay and see if they will put the tracking onto the dispute

If you dont do that then you will lose the dispute
