Tried to do a return request and no reply now eBay have closed it yet seller never responded

You can only return if the seller has returns accepted on the listing.

If the item is a return through change of mind and the case has been closed the sell on yourself

If it was not as described then open a dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days

It does except refunds but when I contacted them not a response off either seller or eBay

If you opened the dispute and the seller does not reply then you have to go back and escalate the dispute after a full 8 days
If you don't do that then the dispute closes in the sellers favour

Was this a return for change of mind / does not fit reason?  If the seller has No Returns on their listing,  any case opened  for those reasons will close automatically.

Thank you and Yes they except returns it says contact seller and seller will contact to let you know how to send back and nothing and tried asking eBay to step in and they closed it
