Hi I sold the dress BNWT described perfect including size.
Buyer contacted me and said she sending the item back as she doesn’t look good and the dress is too small for her.
Nothing wrong with the dress as it’s BNWT
Please let me know what to do as i not going to accept the return only because she doesn’t like the way she look in it

You seem to be a business seller though not registered as such. Business sellers have to accept returns,for any reason

If she's already sent it back you really have little choice but to refund on receipt
