I have opened a return case and sent the item back through Royal Mail more than 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my refund. Seller isn't answering Messages either. Any advice?
edit: due to a mistake at the post office, the package was not sent with tracking so I have no tracking details. However tracked or not it should have arrived at least 2 weeks ago.
