Hi I have accepted a return by mistake what. Can I do wanted to see a video of the product not working now the buyer isn't even responding back

Once a buyer has opened a return it's probably best to accept it anyway.   It should have prompted you to supply a return postage label for the buyer to use.   Once you have the item back return to the case and issue the refund from there.
