Hi, I returned an item but I have no any trckinga number because I culd not print out the return lebel. I posted 2nd class Royal mail. Unaforunatelly no signed for. The problem is that the Return request it is still open and ask me to retun the item. I can not mark as dispatched because I have no tracking number. The seller claims that the item does not arrived back yet. Can I have any advise please, what can I do?

Royal Mail are now using delivery confirmation as standard on all small or medium UK parcels (not large letter), so check your postage receipt for the tracking reference number, and enter it into the return.
