I have returned parcel back as it was not working as seller had said postage cost me extra money as they wanted it posted to different address how do I claim back it seems so hard to get through to ebay can anyone suggest how I contact them directly I have done all the emails tracking number etc
Was this through an Ebay Returns Case? You cannot claim the Postage back. The Seller should have provided a Returns Label. You only Return to the Address on the Label no where else.
