Good morning,
I am after some advice. I 've had a return request (I don't usually offer returns) on the grounds that the buyer says the item wasn't described properly.
Basically the item doesn't fit the buyer
The item was listed as a girls/ladies and clearly indicated that it was a size 6, so I don't see that it wasn't labelled acurately.
The seller has sent lots of messages demanding the refund and in the latest has suggested that she could use the item purchased as a floor map (it was a beutiful item) and also suggesting that she may except at least half the amount paid back.
Does anyone know what will happen if I wait, which I am tempted to do to ask ebay to step in after the three working days?
I understand the sellers frustration if the item doesn't fit, but it was I feel described collectly.
Just Reply that as a Private Seller you do not have to Accept Returns for Items which don't Fit. Don't Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in that can trigger the BOTS into accepting the Buyers Claim.
